Registration

You will need to purchase a Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit from Herbalife Nutrition and receive a unique entry code which is indicated in the flyer (e.g. XXHL40MXXX). Click on “Register Now” and follow the registration process. You will have to key in your unique entry code before your registration is completed. A confirmation email will be sent to you with Virtual Run Registration ID if your registration is successful.

You will need to purchase a Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit from Herbalife Nutrition to register for the Run. Please place your order online at your country’s myherbalife.com or contact your Herbalife Nutrition Member Services.

Unfortunately, the entry code is a unique code per kit and cannot be re-issued. If you have lost the entry code flyer, you will need to purchase another Virtual Run Registration Kit from Herbalife Nutrition.

Registration is open from October to November 22nd 2020. Please refer to following countries’ duration. Please ensure that you register during this period only.

No, the registration ends on November 22nd.

Yes, if you have purchased more than 1 Registration Kit and received your corresponding entry code, you may use them to register in different categories that you wish.

Please remember to key in the correct registration ID when submitting your run results.

The Virtual Run Registration ID is different from Herbalife Nutrition Member ID. It is the unique alpha-numeric 5-6 character code given to you in your registration email after you have successfully registered for the Virtual Run. For example, e80b0. This will be sent to the registered email that was used.

You may find your confirmation email with the Virtual Run Registration ID. If you have forgotten the ID or can’t find your past email, you can go the Virtual Run website ‘Contact us’ and send in your request for “forgot registration ID” so that our customer service can assist you.

Yes, if you bought another Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Registration Kit and register for another category, you will receive a new Virtual Run Registration ID for that registration. You should use this new Virtual Run Registration ID when uploading your run.

You may register up to a team of 10 people for each category for the Team Run (Including the team leader for the Team Run), provided that every member has their own unique entry code.

Please ensure that you receive all the unique entry codes from your Team Members to register for your Team Run category that you are planning to take part in. For example, if your team consists of 6 members including the Team Leader, you will need to have 6 unique entry codes to register for your team.

No, changes to registration categories will not be allowed.

Registration will close at midnight based on the ICT Time (Indochina Time)


Submission of results

Any GPS Running trackers that can provide you with an accurate tracking of distance and time is allowed. Here is a list of some of the recommended GPS Running trackers:

– MapMyRun
– Strava
– Adidas Running
– Nike Running
– Samsung Health App
– Google Fit

For those that are using treadmills, please take a photo of your distance covered from the dashboard with a reference to the date of the activity.

No, there is no time limit for your run. You may run or walk at your own pace.

Please run or walk according to your fitness level or advised by your Doctor if required.

Submissions will only be allowed to be uploaded from November 1st to 30th.

Submissions received before or after these dates will not be accounted for.

No, all Virtual Run results must be based on the date starting from November 1st to 30th only.

Submissions will close at midnight based on the ICT Time. (Indochina Time)

Step 1:
Use the recommended GPS Running Tracker Apps or Treadmill to record your Run starting from November 1st – 30th.

Step 2:
Take a screenshot of your finished run activity, making sure that the date, distance(km), duration of the run and average pace (time/km) is clearly visible. If you are using a treadmill, please take a photo of the dashboard with the distance and time, and a reference to the date.

Step 3:
Upload your screenshot or photo via the link of your confirmation email or the ‘Submit Your Run’ page found on the website www.herbalife40virtualrun.com.

Please have your Virtual Run Registration ID available and fill in the details accordingly.

Team Members can upload their results using the Team Registration ID and their email address.

Step 4:
Once submitted, you will receive a notification email.
You can then repeat Step 1 again for your next run and submission.

*Do note that any irrelevant or inaccurate submissions will be removed at the discretion of the organisers.

Every smart phone’s screenshot function can differ from model to model.

For Android Phone users:
For most current Android phones, screenshots can be captured by pressing the Volume Down Button and the Power Button at the same time.

If you have an Android phone that has a physical home button, screenshots can be captured by pressing the home button and the power button at the same time.

The screenshot will then be saved in your photo gallery.

For iPhone users:
For most current iPhone, screenshots can be captured by pressing the Volume Up Button and the Power Button at the same time. (As soon as you let go of the buttons, a screenshot will be taken.)

If you have an iPhone that has a physical home button, screenshots can be captured by pressing the home button and the power button at the same time.

The screenshot will then be saved in your photo gallery.

For any other phones please refer to your individual phone manuals for more details.

Team Members can submit their run results by using the same Virtual Run Registration ID that was sent to the registered email.

They will then key in the information and upload their screenshot of the run to the link HERE.

No, there is no limit to how many results you can submit. This is an accumulative run challenge, thus you may take as many or as few submissions to complete the minimum distance that you have selected.

Yes, you may still continue to submit your run results after reaching the minimum distance that you have selected. Only submissions during the submission period of November 1st to 30th will be accounted for.

An email notification will be sent to you or to the Team Lead after each submission of your run. We will notify you if any of the submissions are invalid or unclear and will require a new submission.

You may track your running record progress using the leaderboard on our website here.

Under your category of event, you may search for your registered name / Team Name to see your progress.

In the same way that you track your own running record, you may search for another participant’s progress by searching on the leader board for their registered name/ team name to see their progress. Click here to see the leaderboard.

Finisher Rewards

E-certificates of completion will be sent out by December 7th 2020 via email. Finisher Medals will be sent to the participants from Herbalife Nutrition by February 2021 due to the worldwide pandemic situation and logistics limitation.

Yes, the e-certificates for the Team Members will be sent to the Team Leader by email. The medals for the Team Members will be distributed to the Team Leader by Herbalife Nutrition. The Team Leader can distribute to the Team Members.

No, please note that only participants that complete their required minimum distance will be provided their Finisher Medal and E-certificate.
